In 2022 Jim and Adam realized that their combined professional experience, expertise and shared values would create unique insights and leadership guidance for early stage founders. With that in mind they launched Sesuit Ventures for the purpose of aligning themselves with early stage companies looking for assistance in scaling their businesses. As former D1 collegiate athletes, Jim and Adam are major proponents of developing organizations that foster a strong cultural dynamic, believing that those attributes are essential to navigate the complexities and inevitable challenges that a start up business will encounter.

Recognized as industry subject matter experts they have participated on panels/summits at Sports Business Journal’s Sports Marketing Symposium, Leaders in Sport (London), Michigan Sports Business & Ross Sports Tech Conferences, Fantasy Sports Trade Association (FSTA), Brand Innovators Summit, Enterprise Ireland Sports & Media, Ivy Sports Symposium, as well as having been guest lecturers at Northwestern University, Columbia University and NYU.
